All those who had been watching the series, whether as a “guilty pleasure” or not, may have noticed that Audrina Patridge’s chest grew in size over the course of the series.
No doubt, she was 21 years old when she had gotten cast in the series, which means that she was still budding, but it seems unlikely that the growth in her bust size was natural.
It is notable that a majority of the rest of Audrina’s cast-mates were blondes, while she happens to be a brunette, which obviously made her stand out. However, apparently that was not enough for the actress because according to rumors, she improved her chances of rising to fame by undergoing breast augmentation, which certainly complemented her figure.
It seems that the boob-job was done very proficiently, but the fact that she has such a full chest on such a thin and toned body makes it apparent that it is a result of breast implants. Not so long ago, Audrina even posed for Maxim, which apparently made it even more obvious that she had gotten her boobs enlarged.
Before “The Hills” had premiered, nude photographs of Audrina Patridge had emerged on the Internet. That was when rumors had begun to spread regarding Audrina’s alleged breast augmentation. According to Dr. John Di Saia, a plastic surgeon, it was probably a year before the nude photograph was taken that Audrina had likely gotten breast implants.

The fact that Audrina’s breasts are now bigger, fuller and rounder are signs that her boobs have been enhanced through breast augmentation.
There have also been rumors that Audrina had recently gotten the size of her implants increased because she was not satisfied with the previous size.
We can only hope that she is satisfied now and will not have any more cosmetic work done on her boobs.
