She also happens to be the wife of Chris Hemsworth, who is known for playing the Norse God Thor.
She is also a mother, is pregnant with twins, and is nearing forty, but she surprisingly looks as if she is still in her twenties. Perhaps plastic surgery is the secret to her youth.
Elsa Pataky isn’t exactly young anymore, although she still looks young-ish. Last year, she had been spotted in Malibu at Geoffrey’s restaurant, enjoying dinner there with her cute little daughter.
The Spanish actress looked quite gorgeous and youthful despite not wearing any makeup. You see, Elsa Pataky had such an extraordinarily flawless complexion, that people immediately started talking about all the potential cosmetic surgeries she might have had.
In fact, it would not be wrong to claim that Elsa’s appearance has completely changed, and it is not just her short hairstyle. Compared to her older photographs, she does not quite look the same.
In particular, her cheeks, her nose, and perhaps even her jaw look quite different. In particular, her nose appears to be more refined and slightly narrower than before, which could potentially mean that she may have undergone rhinoplasty surgery at some point.

She previously had rather subtle cheeks. Her often shiny skin could also be a sign of either Botox use or unusual makeup. The truth is that Elsa does not need makeup or plastic surgery because she would still look gorgeous, and Chris Hemsworth is lucky to have her.
If she DID in fact go under the knife at some point recently, who in their right mind could blame her? After all, she is married to arguably the most handsome man in the world and any woman would do well to look her best in her position.
