As a result, rumors and speculations have arisen that Kate may have had a variety of cosmetic surgeries in order to appear chic and sophisticated.
In particular, it has been suspected that Kate may have had rhinoplasty (nose job), which is the probable reason why her nose now appears to have a more proportionate and straighter shape with a rounded tip.
There have also been speculations that Kate may have also had buttocks augmentation and liposuction in order to make her body appear more curvy and shapely. Many have been heavily suspected Kate of having used Botox and filter to combat frown-lines and wrinkles. Rumor also has it that she may have had breast implants, however, those rumors were apparently proven to be false in quite a revealing manner.
Ever since Kate Middleton entered into royalty, she seems to have inspired everything from fashion to hairstyles. Now it seems that she may even server as a source of inspiration for women seeking to go under the knife. The 32-year old Duchess has been scrutinized for a variety of plastic surgery procedures, including delicate touch-ups around her eyes, hip liposuction and porcelain caps on her teeth, along with all of the above.

As for the rumor of her having undergone breast augmentation, such rumors were proven false when a topless photo of Kate Middleton was released by French publishers, who were consequently sued by the British Royal family. The photos were taken when Kate Middleton was sunbathing topless at a private retreat with Prince William, her husband.
After having seen those photos, Dr. John Di Saia, an OcBody plastic surgeon, claims that Kate is currently “sans breast implants,” i.e. she has not had any breast augmentation. Whatever the case, at least perhaps some of the above rumors of her having gone under the knife may be true, especially those regarding Kate Middleton having had rhinoplasty.
