Keira is definitely bold for admitting that even though she doesn’t have large breasts, she apparently wishes she had, and she probably could if she got breast implants.
Nonetheless, Keira still has the same boobs that she has always had, so it is safe to say that she has not gone under the knife for that particular purpose yet. As for the rest of her, there are quite a few cosmetic procedures that she has been suspected of having used, such as Botox, a facelift, hair transplant, and rhinoplasty. Yet again, it was Keira that gave the rumor mill the opportunity to spill out these rumors.

Not so long ago she expressed her concern over the fact that her beautiful looks would not “last forever” and so would consider Botox, facelifts, false hair and nose jobs in the next couple of years. She was most likely serious about what she said. It was back in 2006 when Keira Knightley admitted her desire for bigger breasts, and even though she has not yet gone forth with breast augmentation, plastic surgeons have a lot to say about it.
According to Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Miami-based plastic surgeon, women who have thin frames, like Keira, should choose the size of their breast implants conservatively so that they end up looking natural after the surgery.
He recommends that if Keira ever decides to get implants, she should go for silicone implants no larger than 400cc because the size will match her “very thin” figure. All things considered, it is a widely accepted fact that none of her fans would have a problem with her getting breast implants at some point, should she choose to undertake such a surgery.
