Just because Lea Michele was the cover girl on that month’s issue does not mean that she been spared from such gossip.
Rumors have been circulating that Lea Michele had probably undergone rhinoplasty or was at least considering it.
Lea Michele has always had quite a big nose and she has even been criticized about it, so it is only natural to assume that she may have decided to get a nose job.
She had even told Harper’s Bazaar that her managers had suggested that she should undergo rhinoplasty because her big nose did not make her look pretty enough. However, Lea claims that she never did and “proved them wrong.”
To some extent, her claims could be believed since she has made quite a reputation for herself of leading a plastic surgery-free acting career. However, that was only until certain pictures of Lea Michele surfaced on the Internet. In these pictures, Lea appears to have a much narrower nose than she used to have, which is not hard to notice.
Even though the allegations have been denied by the actress, if her former pictures are compared to her more recent ones, it can be seen that she may have undergone rhinoplasty.

It can be seen that her nose appears to be somewhat slimmer and thinner, and also not as round at the tip and the sides as it once was.
In other words, she no longer has that big nose that has been frequently criticized about. Certainly, despite the size of her nose, Lea Michele has not experienced any shortage of success, and there have not been any expert opinions regarding her alleged nose job.
However, the difference in the size and thickness of her nose is somewhat visible, no matter how hard she would otherwise try to hide it.
