In recent years, Rihanna has also raised suspicions that she may have gotten silicone breast implants manufactured by either Mentor or Natrelle. Even if she has indeed undergone breast augmentation, her boobs seem to be a nice fit on her frame and appear to be very natural.
Even Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Miami-based plastic surgeon, describes Rihanna’s boobs are “relatively small,” which leads him to believe that she may have probably gotten silicone implants. As for the natural look, it is apparently a result of the placement of the implants under the muscle.

However, after Dr. Michael had a look at a photograph of a red-haired Rihanna clad in a sheer blouse without a bra, it apparently changed his opinion.
The shape of Rihanna’s breasts is clearly revealed in the photo and they do not appear to have upper fullness or unusual roundness, which are signs of breast augmentation. Dr. Michael now thinks that the shape and size of Rihanna’s boobs appear to be “very natural,” especially considering her frame.

Dr. Michael might just be right considering that Rihanna’s weight tends to fluctuate as much as her fashion, which might be the reason behind a slight increase in the size of her boobs.
Even if she does not have implants now, Rihanna has claimed that she will likely get them when her breasts begin to sag due to old age.
