Rumor has it that Charlize had a nose job when she was younger, and there might just be some truth to this. Indeed, older pictures of Charlize show her with a lifted nose tip while in recent pictures of her, we can see that she now has a much slimmer nose.
Charlize has never addressed these rumors, nor should she if she really didn’t have the procedure in the first place. However, there might just be some truth to these rumors, especially after comparing pictures of Charlize from throughout her career.
Nowadays, Charlize has a narrower nose than when she was younger, and there aren’t many explanations for why this happened other than plastic surgery. Even so, Charlize said many times throughout her career that she isn’t a fan of plastic surgery, and nobody knows precisely if she changed her mind on the subject or not.
Then again, most people in her position would say the same thing if questioned, so there’s that. All we know is that Charlize’s nose changed shape slightly over the years, and there are plenty of pictures around to back that up.

All things considered, the beautiful Charlize Theron doesn’t really need plastic surgery of any kind, no doubt about it.
Still, if she did go under the knife for a nose job, the procedure was executed perfectly, as there are barely any signs of it.
