And just like many of those celebrities, she refuses to admit she may have undergone plastic surgery to turn back time rather than letting her body continue to succumb to ageing at a gradual pace.
Even though she is almost in her fifties now, Diane Lane’s breasts seem to have become larger in recent years, despite her age.
The fact that she now has C-cup breasts is believed to be a result of having undergone breast augmentation. A long time ago, Diane’s breast were relatively smaller, supposedly A-cups.
Apparently, Diane Lane made sure that she got her breasts increased to match her, rather than getting implants that would perhaps give her breasts the size of Dolly Parton’s.
Initially, she had A cups that were relatively small. Just like the rest of her surgical procedures, the breast augmentation was economically done. Unlike other female celebrities who ‘Dolly Parton’ their breasts, hers was carefully balanced with the size of her body. The results of the procedure are almost unnoticeable until observed with a keen eye.

Apart from her bigger breasts, Diane Lane herself looks much younger for her age. Accredited plastic surgeons claim that Diane Lane may not exactly be aging gracefully; rather her youthfulness may also be a result of going under the knife. It seems likely that she may have undergone plastic surgeries but it is also obvious that has not gone overboard.
Dr. Anthony Youn, a Michigan-based plastic surgeon, believes that Diane Lane’s face has been subjected to a myriad of anti aging cosmetic procedures. He believes that she may have undergone blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), a facelift, and rhinoplasty.
The fact that her forehead often appears to be shiny and smooth may also be because she gets Botox injections. However, despite having gone under the knife, Diane Lane’s plastic surgeries allow her give off the impression that she is aging gracefully.
