Hilary apparently looks like she has fish lips now, which could be a result of the use of the wrong amount of filler.
Hilary also had slightly large front teeth, something that she was often criticized for, and apparently she also underwent cosmetic dentistry since her teeth no longer appear as large as they used to do.
What is surprising about Hilary Duff going under the knife is her young age. The primary reason that a majority of celebrities decide to get plastic surgeries done is because they wish to extend their careers in their middle-ages.
