If the more recent photographs of Katie Holmes to photos of her back when she was The WB’s Dawson’s Creek, it can be seen that her nose has undergone an obvious transformation.
In the past, Katie Holmes had a short pug nose with a ridge and tip that were both rounded.
However, as of now, Katie’s nose is more elongated and narrower, with a bridge that is straighter and a tip that is thinner.
The rumor that Katie Holmes may have undergone rhinoplasty surgery has also been confirmed by Dr. Anthony Youn, a Michigan-based plastic surgeon. Dr. Anthony points out how the dorsum and the tip of her nose appear to be thinner.
Back when Katie Holmes was still starring in Dawson’ Creek, she had been sporting a girl-next-door look. However, she has transformed into a sophisticated and stunning Hollywood actress ever since her marriage to Tom Cruise.
The fact that she has gotten her nose enhanced further makes her appear more mature, although she isn’t that old to begin with..
Apparently, Dr. Anthony has also noticed that the appearance of her nose is much sleeker now, and she looks more like an adult now.

In fact, Dr. Anthony even thinks that Katie’s nose was previously not a good match with her face, and it actually made her look like a girl-next-door from the Midwest. He believes that it is because of her new nose that she looks as if she belongs in “Hollywood.”
Apart from rhinoplasty, Katie Holmes has also raised suspicion that she may have also undergone a brow lift and may have also gotten cheek implants as well.
Of course, there is not enough evidence to confirm these rumors. Nonetheless, it seems unlikely that Katie Holme’s underwent such a noticeable transformation with help from plastic surgery.
