Most of this ‘plastic surgery’ speculation has revolved around the 27-year old singer’s lips. It has been suspected by many critics that she may have gotten her pout improved since her lips appear much fuller than they were before.
Although no claims have been made, these rumors have been earnestly denied by Lana, who informed people in an interview that “she did not even have money to buy Cocoa Puffs” during the time she is being suspected of having had cosmetic enhancements.
However, it cannot be denied that photos of her before she became famous show signs of some sort of surgery in comparison to her current appearance. In fact, in comparison to her older photos, she looks like a completely different person now.

Lana Del Rey continues to deny these claims about plastic surgery, stating that she had absolutely no work done in any way. However, plastic surgeons apparently have their own say in the matter.
According to one Miami-based plastic surgeon, Lana Del Rey may have taken advantage of some kind of dermal filler like Juvederm or Restylane to get her pout enhanced. The surgeon even goes on to describe her lips as “disproportionate” and “overfilled” in comparison to the rest of her facial features.

A plastic surgeon from New York City went a bit further by making a sarcastic comment that perhaps an “entire syringe of Juvederm” may have been emptied into her upper lip.
However, another plastic surgeon from the same city believes that large lips apparently common in certain people, and he has assured that Lana Del Rey may not have had cosmetic enhancement after all. Opinions continue to vary, but the fact remains, Lana Del Rey looks nothing like she did years ago before she gained fame.
