However, in recent years, his appearance has become more and more deformed and misshapen, due to God knows how many plastic surgeries.
Many of the facelifts that Mickey apparently underwent over the years ended up getting blotched, leaving his face quite disfigured.
As a result of multiple facelifts, the skin on his face has been pulled back so far that he no longer has any sideburns, as a result of which he looks even weirder. Additionally, by the looks of it, he also had cheek implants, chin implants, a lower lip implant, and rhinoplasty (nose job) procedures. There have been rumors that Mickey underwent a hair transplant, quite possibly to reverse the effects of male pattern baldness.
To Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, it is obvious that the 61-year has gone overboard with plastic surgery, which has left his face overly plasticized and “stretched.” Dr. Paul even reveals his beliefs and speculations that Mickey may have possibly had a brow lift, cheek implants, a face lift, lip fillers, and upper blepharoplasty over the years.

It is quite unfortunate for Mickey because Dr. Paul explains that the effects these plastic surgeries have had on Mickey’s face cannot be reversed.
However, he does recommend that smaller cheek implants can be placed to plump up his face or that the facelift can be removed and revised so that the vector of the pull is changed. However, Dr. Paul believes that it is not possible to reverse the disfigurement of his eyes and lips.
When Mickey Rourke appeared in public recently, a multitude of scars was seen on his face, which was a sign of yet another plastic surgery.
It is not surprising that Mickey Rourke does not even look human anymore after going under the knife so many times and becoming a victim of multiple blotched plastic surgeries.
