In fact, Khloe claims that she was “shocked” when she overheard her mother apparently telling her friends that she needed rhinoplasty. She claims that she has never gotten a nose job, even though she should.
She even claims that plastic surgery played no role in her significant weight loss. She explains that she is not against plastic surgery, but she would only go under the knife when it would feel right to her.

Apparently, Khloe Kardashian loves her body, and she has been feeling this way for quite some time now, regardless of what some people believe.
It can either be considered admirable or astonishing that Khloe has not yet been tempted by the prospect of plastic surgery, even though she lives in a household where it is not an unusual subject to address.
Expert opinion is that Khloe Kardashian has probably not undergone rhinoplasty. If she had gotten a nose job, her nose would not be so bumpy and wide, and it has apparently been this way for quite some time.
