In fact, the People Magazine cited her as the most beautiful woman in the world not long ago, while Glamour named her the woman of the year recently.

Just like you may have presumed, such a great body must be as a result of commitment, discipline and a sustained effort when working out.

One of the most noticeable things about Lupita’s physique is her strong, sexy arms. Is it a wonder then, that she keeps showing them off? Her personal trainer, Meka Gibson shared the secret behind her strong arms.

He said that it lay in her workout routine, which entails the following exercises: dumbbell lateral raise, alternating dumbbell biceps curls and triceps pushdowns. She does 12 to 15 reps for each set of these exercises every day. She also does mild exercises in the morning, like weight lifting, yoga, and cardiovascular exercises.

Lupita Nyongo’s workout routine does not involve going to the gym on a regular basis. Instead, she has all the equipment she needs at home and a personal trainer who helps her exercise. If need be, then she hits the gym, but only once in a blue moon.

Lupita Nyong’o also admits that she is very careful about what she eats. Being a bit fat when she was younger, her mother instilled good health habits in her, habits that she is still very grateful for to this day. Since she travels a lot and stays in hotels quite a lot, she is extremely careful about her eating habits.

Nyongo’s diet plays a great role in keeping her beautiful. Her diet plan is quite simple and entails chicken, rice, kale, whole fish, salmon, and eggs. Lupita loves water and drinks it throughout the day. She will drink water even when she doesn’t feel thirsty as she knows that her body needs it for good health.

In all honesty, we are not trying to paint a perfect picture of Lupita. She admits that she does have a craving for chocolate and champagne, cravings that she sometimes indulges.

Last but not least, Lupita admits that a massage treatment makes her feel fresh and ‘loved’, which is why she loves getting one as often as possible. According to Lupita,  it is a form of healing that motivates her to keep going.
