Her beautiful toned body turns people’s heads wherever she goes, but as we will soon find out, it takes a lot of work to look the way Rihanna looks.

We should start off by saying that Rihanna is trained by none other than Harley Pasternak. At this point, most people have heard about Pasternak and his high-profile clients. It seems that half of the people in show-business are coached by Pasternak nowadays, and when you look at his results, you kind of understand why. According to him, Rihanna works out 3 days a week, in sessions of 25 minutes each. This, of course, is her training schedule when she is out on tour.

When she’s home, she usually works out 5 days a week, for at least 30 minutes per session. Furthermore, despite having a well-organized workout routine, Rihanna will jump on a treadmill at every opportunity she gets, as she thoroughly enjoys having a fit body at all times.

Rihanna’s workouts revolve around cardio routines for the most part. In fact, Rihanna repeatedly said that she spends a lot of time on the treadmill, and thoroughly enjoys doing her cardio workout. In addition to this, Rihanna likes to do jumping jacks, rope skipping, stationary jogging, and cycling as often as possible. Also, she couldn’t imagine spending a day without dancing, which is also a pretty effective way of working out. Even Pasternak himself said that he is impressed by Rihanna’s determination when it comes to working out, as the singer often does cardio training backstage before the shows.

According to Pasternak, Rihanna trains her abs with walking lunges – about 15 lunges on each leg, and jumping jacks – around 60 of them but fast. For her cardio routine, Rihanna does push us – 15 reps of 2 sets, and stationary jogging – around 25 reps for each side. Additionally, Rihanna does squat thrusts – around 5 reps minimum, buttock exercises and resistance training as well.

Rihanna herself says that she loves the way her body looks, as she enjoys how well her clothes fit. Furthermore, she says that in order to maintain her current body, she has to do a lot of cardio training every day.
