Apparently, she was favoring plastic surgery at such an early age due to her belief that bearing the appearance of an “old hag” is not “fun.”
Strangely, she also expressed her belief that true beauty is on the inside and that a person’s self image is reflected by their outer beauty.
She even added that people who are comfortable with themselves are automatically sexy. According to her, it is because she feels sexy that people think that she looks sexy. However, the fact of the matter is that Scarlett indeed had sexy looks from back when she was just 21.
However, it was only a matter of time until the rumor mill began churning and rumors of Scarlett actually having gone under the knife began circulating. The rumors revolved around her nose and indeed, it was discovered that her nose was not as bulbous as before, with a wide bridge.

Her nose appeared to be more refined, with a less bulbous tip, and slimmer bridge, which was most likely not a result of natural ageing. In fact, her nose has appeared even more sophisticated in subsequent years, which is a sign of well-executed rhinoplasty.
Astonishingly, the rumor has actually been dismissed by Dr. Paul Nassif, a plastic surgeon who happens to be an expert in rhinoplasty. After he took a look at photos of Scarlett, he believes that it does not seem that she may have had a nose job.
According to him, her nose actually looks the same overall. He explains that the reason her nose looks smaller could be makeup.
So, perhaps Scarlett Johansson never underwent any form of plastic surgery. Well, at least she did admit that she is open to the idea, but her admirers are probably hoping that she maintains her supposedly natural appearance.
