Throughout her career, Anne Heche often played good-looking characters, a trend that she followed until nowadays, despite her age.
As expected, Anne has been the focus of quite a few plastic surgery allegations, like many other beautiful actresses before her. The rumors regarding an alleged nose job are perhaps the loudest, although there are also those who accuse her of undergoing a facelift at some point.
If we are to compare older pictures of Anne Heche with pictures of her today, we see that the shape of her nose seems to have changed ever so slightly. While her ‘old’ nose was a bit more prominent, her current nose appears to be slimmer with a smaller tip.

Furthermore, rumor has it that Anne Heche got Botox injections as well, along with a facelift that rendered her eyes tightly pulled together and slightly slanted.
In all fairness, Anne’s appearance does seem to have changed over time, and the fact that her face shows very few signs of aging despite her age, is a bit concerning.
If we are to entertain these rumors, Anne Heche had a nose job, Botox injections, a facelift, and even a brow lift at some point.
As for the validity of those claims, it would be rather hard to pinpoint any clear sign of plastic surgery on Anne’s face apart from the nose job that seems rather obvious.
We would also do well to consider that Anne Heche isn’t exactly a young woman anymore, so the fact that she has almost no wrinkles on her face should be a dead giveaway regarding her attitude towards plastic surgery.
Even so, we can only hope that Anne won’t go too far down the plastic surgery slope, seeing how she is a naturally good-looking woman at core.
