In fact, it is believed that Ashton may have had rhinoplasty not once but twice.
Anyone who takes a look at the photos of Ashton when he was working as a model and those taken a couple of years later, will notice that his nose appears to have an asymmetrical tip deformity. Apparently, this phenomenon is not something natural, rather it is a sign that the nasal domes may have been stitched together and they often do not heal properly. In other words, Ashton may have gotten a nose job to get the tip of his nose narrowed down.

Ashton’s nose was definitely far more bulbous and wider during his high school and modeling days, but not so much in the following years when he started acting. However, Ashton was apparently not satisfied with his nose yet, and did not stop there. In Aston’s most recent photos, it can be seen that his nose appears to be more defined and narrower at the middle cartilage and the tip.
One particular plastic surgeon, Dr. David Shafer, apparently believes that Ashton may not really have undergone the knife to get his nose altered. Dr. Shafer claims that even if Ashton had a nose job, the plastic surgeon who performed the procedure did a “great job” because Ashton’s nose certainly fits his face and looks natural.
Indeed, Ashton Kutcher’s nose looks very natural, but at the same time, it also does not look as bulbous and wide as his nose appeared back when he had started modeling. Thus, regardless of what Dr. David Shafer claims, the evidence cannot be denied that it seems like that Ashton Kutcher may have had rhinoplasty twice.
