Some people jokingly say that much of Coco’s alleged 135 pound weight comes directly from her breasts and butt.
It is possible today to get one’s buttocks augmented through fat grafting or gluteoplasty (implants), and Coco is more than a possible candidate for having such a procedure.
This is because she has already been suspected of having gotten breast implants, which is apparently the reason she now carries such huge breasts on a relatively muscular but small frame.

Even Dr. Michael Salzhauer, a Miami-based plastic surgeon, agrees that Coco has obviously not gotten butt implants, but he does not believe that her rear end is natural. Rather, he suspects that she may have undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift, where her own fat tissue was injected into her butt to enhance its shape and size.
Considering that Coco Austin keeps on showing off her busty booty, people will most likely continue to wonder if her posterior was a blessing or a result of butt augmentation.
