Many of those women have been the subject of plastic surgery rumors at one point or another, and Elisha Cuthbert is no different.
No doubt, Elisha Cuthbert is still one of the hottest women out there, but she is rumored to have had assistance from plastic surgery at some point in time.
Having been a model from an early age, Elisha didn’t have much of a problem breaking into Hollywood, a place where beauty is always appreciated. However, it does seem that Elisha’s beauty isn’t 100% natural, or at least that’s what some rumors have been saying lately.
Indeed, by comparing recent pictures of Elisha with pictures of her slightly younger self, we can observe a slight change in symmetry when looking at her face. Is this a result of plastic surgery or just properly applied makeup? Nobody except Elisha really knows at this point.
In particular, Elisha Cuthbert appears to have rather full lips, which could be the result of having undergone lip augmentation, i.e. she may have gotten her lips thinned since her lips were formerly a bit thicker. This also means that Elisha may have undergone lip augmentation at a very young age, considering that her lips have been fuller for quite some time now.

However, she currently appears to have to have a more pointed and refined nose, which does not look like the way it did before. Even her chin is not the same anymore since her face is more angular now rather than round.
Nonetheless, whatever changes have occurred in her appearance, whether natural or not, have done nothing but complement her undeniable beauty. This is precisely why Maxim voted her as one of the most beautiful women on television, and who can deny that she isn’t one of the prettiest faces in show business anyway?
