It could be that she had a rhinoplasty in the past, before her career took off, but since then, one could hardly accuse Elizabeth of undergoing any obvious procedure.
If she did go under the knife at some point, whomever performed the surgery did a very good job as she doesn’t show any visible sings of plastic surgery.
