Katy Perry has a really amazing body, and it’s not easy keeping it in shape.

Katy is a big fan of the 5 Factor Diet, a diet promoted by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, a character that helps some of the most renowned stars on the planet stay in shape.

According to the plan, she is required to have 5 small meals throughout the day. This allows her metabolism to maintain a steady rate while burning fats and keeping the body in shape. In fact, this method was proven to work for people who are determined to lose weight, as it requires a great deal of discipline. This however, can be said by pretty much any type of diet, with the difference being that the 5 factor diet is especially designed to burn fats.

Her diet plan includes some pretty interesting foods for the most part, some of which sound a bit exotic. Take Quinoa for example, a light yet wholesome grain that is usually served in salads. Not many people have heard of Quinoa, although it is one of the tastiest grains in existence. The Quinoa has to be boiled for fifteen minutes before letting it cool down. Afterwards, chopped vegetables like tomatoes, carrots, garlic, and onions are added to the boiled grain. Additionally, olives and low fat cheese can be added to the dish, and it is best to season them with salt or lemon.

Katy says she loves fresh juices, coconut water, tangerines, and pretty much any type of fruit. She actually owes her silhouette to grilled asparagus, grilled chicken, and soups. Even so, she says that sometimes the temptation is too big, so she will sometimes indulge herself with chocolate and sweets, but only when she’s not on a diet.
