When Stacy made an appearance at the 17th annual Accessories Council Excellence Awards, her new, well-endowed assets were partially up on display because of the cut out gown she was dressed in. In comparison to the current look of her nose, her nasal tip used to be different in her earlier photos. The fact that her nose looks perfect from all angles is most likely a result of a well-done nose job.

Her nose appears to be more defined and slightly narrower than it was previously, which points to a cleverly performed rhinoplasty surgery. Of course, those rumors were temporarily buried once she began dating George Clooney.

However, once single again, her outfits at red carpet events once again sparked rumors that she may have gone under the knife. Previously, Stacy clearly stated in interviews that her breasts are natural and she has not undergone breast augmentation ever since she began wrestling. In fact, she believes herself to be a role model for her young fans, especially girls.
Nonetheless, her recent cleavage-revealing gown did not help put a rest to the rumors. Her breasts appeared to look like half grapefruits that have been bolted onto her chest, which are sure shot signs of small breast implants.
Then again, this could also be a result of wearing a push up bra, especially since her breasts appear to be a bit uneven, in which case they might actually be natural.
