[ads1 id=”alignright”]In the past, Billy Crystal has starred in far too many romantic comedies, as a pervasive funny man.
However, the curly-haired, 66 year old actor has not been seen onscreen as of lately. Even so, his name continues to be heard in plastic surgery rumors every once in a while.
Some may say that Billy is just aging gracefully, but he does not quite look like himself, which could mean that he may have gone under the knife.
Unlike the past, Billy has a fuller face these days. Either he has gained quite some weight in the process of getting older, or he may have gotten fat grafts or fillers like Perlane pumped into his cheeks. Who knows? Additionally, his forehead is unbelievably free of wrinkles despite his age, which is quite an apparent sign of Botox use.
Even Dr. Paul S. Nassif, a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, agrees that Billy Crystal does not look the same. However, he claims it is partly because he is aging. Dr. Paul explains that since his neck area seems to have some extra fat, it may be a sign of a “little” weight gain. He believes that weight gain can result in a significant change in an individual’s appearance. However, he also claims that Billy may have also had a “conservative” facelift in the past.
By observing current pictures of Billy Crystal and comparing them with pictures of his younger self, we can clearly see a change in the shape of his face. Are these the signs of a potential facelift or not?
Billy actually looks a bit bloated, either due to these suspected plastic surgeries or the weight gain. Dr. David Shafer, another plastic surgeon, speculates that Billy may have under gone fat grafting or may have had dermal fillers pumped into his cheeks because his cheeks look plumper than before. Dr. David also suspects that the reason his forehead looks smoother is because of the use of Botox.
Dr. David has even suggested some other plastic surgeries Billy could undergo to improve his appearance, such as a lower facelift and/or a neck lift. Indeed, Billy’s lower face does not have the same definition and shape, so it would probably do him no harm to get a few more plastic surgeries done.
