Plastic surgery is believed to be the cause of this discrepancy, although nobody from the show made any official statements on the matter.
When older photos of Gretchen are compared to her more recent ones, there seem to be signs suggesting that the television personality may have gone under the knife to get her natural body features enhanced.
According to speculations, Gretchen’s breasts, eyes, lips, nose and teeth are not entirely natural anymore. Then again, what celebrity hasn’t been rumored to have went under the knife these days?
Gretchen formerly had a wider nose, but she now has a narrow ridged and slimmer one. This is what led to rumors that she may have had rhinoplasty surgery at some point. In her recent photos, Gretchen Rossi’s nose does indeed appear more elegant and slender.
Even the appearance of her teeth has been compared to that seen in her high school photos. Apparently, it can be observed that the shape of her teeth is now quite different.
Apparently, such a transformation could only be the result of the use of dental veneers. According to some critics, she has probably undergone dental surgery as well as a teeth whitening procedure.
Even Gretchen Rossi’s lips do not look the same. She appears to have rather full and sensuous lips in her more recent photos, which could mean that she gotten them plumped up with a filler.

As far as her face goes, Gretchen certainly does not look like she is nearing her late thirties, rather she still looks like a twenty year old girl. Perhaps she also uses Botox injections on top of everything else.
Gretchen Rossi is not only aware of the allegations against her but has even responded to them. In fact, Gretchen has admitted to the use of Botox and dermal fillers for her lips.
However, she has denied all the other plastic surgery rumors, claiming that any other signs of plastic surgery are merely a result of sophisticated makeup application.
