Gwyneth Paltrow isn’t like most celebrities when it comes to diets and working out.

Most of them have their own diet plan that was designed especially for them. Gwyneth isn’t like that, you see, none of her routines have fancy names or particularities, they are pretty standard.

Even so, she is very careful about what she eats and how often she does it, and has talked about her diets and workout routines on more than one occasions.

Gwyneth usually has a cup of green tea in the morning before eating breakfast. In the days she plans of working out, this breakfast consists of almond milk, protein shakes, blueberries, and supplements. This is usually followed by her workout routine for the day. Afterwards, she drinks kale juice which she follows with a low carb and calorie lunch.

She also enjoys eating special dishes every once in a while. For example, there is a dish called ‘Lemony Grilled Chicken’ that she enjoys thoroughly. This grilled chicken dish is served with steamed vegetables or vegetable salad depending on the quality of the grill. Interestingly enough, Gwyneth has no problem with junk food. While most celebrities stay away from any sort of fast food, Gwyneth absolutely loves it.

On numerous occasions, Gwyneth said that it all comes down to what she eats between meals. Although very careful with everything she eats, she sometimes indulges herself with tasty snacks. Still, these snacks must be low-calorie and provide energy until the next meal. Among these snacks we find raisins, raw almonds, kale juice, coconut water, lemon juice, and plenty of water

Gwyneth Paltrow’s Workout Routine

Gwyneth loves to eat, although you couldn’t tell just by looking at her. This is because she is a follower of the ‘eat more, run more’ rule, according to which she must work out harder if she ate more that day. It is for this reason that she does plenty of cardio exercises. She does more than an hour of cardio for 4 days every week.

She says that most of her results come from her positive attitude. Because of how focused and disciplined she was over the years, she now manages to look as well as she does, and wouldn’t have it any other way. For example, one of her first victories against fatness came at a young age, when she dedicated much of her time to working out in order to fit a pair of shorts she liked.

Gwyneth is a firm believer in freedom of choice. Although most celebrities aim to look skinny and toned, she says that young people shouldn’t be afraid of extremes. If, for example, a woman wants to build a muscular body, she should go ahead and do it.
