As far as her cheeks are concerns, Nicki may have gotten Botox or some other filler like Juvederm injected into her newly prominent cheeks. Over the years, Nick Minaj’s body has also become more and more curvaceous than before.
Based on changes in her frame after having been compared to her figure in older photos, it is very likely that she may have undergone buttock and breast augmentation. Despite these changes, Nicki swears that she has never had any plastic surgery.
Dr. Richard Westreich, a New York-based plastic surgeon, believes that there is no doubt that Nicki Minaj may have undergone rhinoplasty surgery. In comparison to her older photos, her nose appears to have a significantly smaller tip and narrower nostrils. According to Dr. Richard, such a change can simply not be accomplished through Botox, lighting, makeup or some other filler.

Similarly, Dr. Richard is also certain that Nicki Minaj may have had fillers injected into her cheeks and/or she may have undergone buccal fat extraction, a procedure that has made her cheeks a bit flatter. He believes that her accentuated high cheek bones are a sign of this.
For those wondering what Nicki Minaj exactly has to say about these plastic surgery rumors. She claims that she has “never had surgery on [her] face.” “No, no, no,” is her reply to the rumors. She even suggests that all these speculators should take a look at “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” a reality TV series that has apparently shown how to make one’s nose look any desired shape.
Nonetheless, it is hard to believe that it is just makeup that helped her achieve her enhanced facial appearance. No doubt, Nicki does use plenty of makeup, but make certainly cannot make miracles happen. Or can it?
