Along with transforming herself from one character to another, considering her long list of filmography, even Sarah’s nose has apparently undergone some transformation of its own.
Back when Sarah Jessica Parker was younger, her nose had been generously proportioned with a tip that was very bulbous.
However, over the years, her nose has apparently slimmed down to what it looks like today, though probably not on its own accord. The tip of her nose no longer has that large bump and it seems much narrower now.
However, at the same time, still has a rounded tip and is small, which suggests that she did not undergo drastically perfect rhinoplasty and may have decided to let some of the flaws of her nose remain.
Even Dr. Anthony Youn, a Michigan-based plastic surgeon, is a bit confused whether or not Sarah Jessica Parker may have actually gotten a nose job. Still, he does suspect that Sarah may have gotten her nose thinned down through rhinoplasty so that it would look more rhinplasty, but he points out that she still has a “pretty prominent” nose.
He claims that the result of her alleged nose job is average since her nose still looks “too natural.” He even notes that her nose still has a bump and a tip that is still bulbous.

Even Dr. Paul Nassif, a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, also believes that it is likely that Sarah Jessica Parker has had a nose job. He had a look a photo of Jessica back when she was much younger, as a result of which he noticed that she now has a much thinner nose.
He even points out that her nostrils are also narrower or smaller now, and she is sporting a narrower “nasal width.”
Dr. Paul Nassif claims that Sarah Jessica Parker’s current nose looks “very good.” If only other female Hollywood celebrities would learn from Sarah and opt to undergo subtle plastic surgery like her rather than going overboard with it.
