[ads1 id=”alignright”]World-renowned English model Cara Delevingne follows a fairly strict workout routine to maintain her natural good looks, as we are about to find out.

The beautiful supermodel who recently made her acting debut was named ‘Top Model of the Year’ in 2012 at the British Fashion Awards and rightfully so.

Few models have her grace and charisma these days, which when combined with her amazing good looks give her a presence only top models seem to have.

Like we already said, however, her gorgeous figure is just partly owed to genetics, as Cara Delevingne works very hard to maintain her lean and seemingly perfectly-shaped body of hers. This being said, she does enjoy indulging in unhealthy snacks every once in a while, which she makes up for by working extra hard in training the next day.

However, we should point out that Cara isn’t a big fan of working out, preferring to skip training sessions whenever she has the chance. Despite her seemingly lack of interest as far as working out goes, she still manages to stay in shape somehow.

When she does decide to work out, she follows a well-balanced workout routine that involves 45 minutes of running and 15 minutes of skipping on Mondays.

On Tuesdays, she does about an hour of kickboxing or something equally challenging physically.

On Wednesdays, she does a 15-minute skipping routine followed by 20 or so minutes of running.

On Thursdays, she does leg exercises for about 25 minutes before engaging in 20 minutes of abdominal exercises that she follows with 10 minutes of skipping.

On Fridays, she practices yoga or meditation for less than an hour.

On Saturdays, her last weekly day of working out, she does 45 minutes of Pilates training followed by 15 minutes of abdominal training.

According to some, her lean figure isn’t really owed to her workout sessions but rather to good genetics and a reasonable diet plan. As a matter of fact, Cara herself said repeatedly that she has always been skinny for as long as she can remember, so there’s that.

Talking about her own figure and how she could improve it, Cara said that she wouldn’t mind gaining a bit of weight if possible, just not a lot though. In all fairness, it would be somehow interesting to see how a more…curvy Cara Delevingne would look like, but this seems like something that could easily backfire if she’s not careful enough.
