It wouldn’t be much of a stretch to call Julianne Hough one of the fittest celebrities in show business at this point in time.

One of the reasons why the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ star is so fit is because of how serious she is about her workouts and because of how motivated she is as a person to always push herself to the limit.

As you would imagine, the diva has several wellness routines she follows to the letter, starting with a well-balanced diet plan and a rigorous workout routine.

Julianne starts her day by eating a light breakfast consisting of steamed eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and a cup of tea. At the same time, she is quite a fan of PG Tips English breakfast which she considered a go-to option back when she was living in London.

It’s not just the breakfast that is well-balanced, mind you, but her entire diet plan. Her diet plan includes a lot of fruits and vegetables and it involves almost no ‘heavy’ foods whatsoever as far as calories go.

In the not so distant past, Julianne used to be quite conscious about what she ate and how much, even though she would sometimes allow herself to consume junk food. Needless to say, those practices ended quite some time ago, which is more or less why she has such a healthy body in the first place.

This being said, Julianne will sometimes allow herself ‘cheat days’ in which she consumes tasty food with no regards to how unhealthy they may be. For instance, she will from time to time indulge in pasta, pizza, and wine when she’s home alone, along with several dishes she enjoys cooking herself.

Even so, Julianne prefers to eat as healthy as she possibly can, without forcing herself to any dish she doesn’t enjoy eating like some celebrities do.

At the same time, she is a big fan of drinking natural juices made of apples, carrots, kale, ginger, spinach, cucumbers, beets, and tomatoes.

All things considered, Julianne Hough isn’t a picky eater, nor does she allow herself to fall into the other extreme by eating everything her heart desires.

Like everything else she does, Julianne will only eat in moderation and according to specific standards, a diet that revolves around fresh fruits and vegetables along with plenty of liquids.
