You may or may not know that Kerry is dealing with a pregnancy, and will soon have to slim out the pregnancy fat, like many other celebrities have done before.

There is no doubt in our mind that Kerry will eventually succeed in looking at least as good as she did before the pregnancy, if not even better.

Pregnancy or not, Kerry follows a strict diet of vegetables and green smoothies in her day-to-day life.

She says that although she prefers a more natural diet, she’s only willing to eat things that make her feel good and satisfied. She’s also working with celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson nowadays, and adheres to Tracy’s ‘pregnancy training program‘ like other celebrities have done in the past. Kerry does everything in her power to maintain a healthy body during the pregnancy, which will undoubtedly help her regain her body shape after the pregnancy as well.

Kerry is a big fan of nutritionist Kimberly Snyder’s organic smoothies.

Kimberly’s organic smoothies are the latest fashion among celebrities, especially considering their low fat content and extremely healthy ingredients. Among these products, we find Kerry’s favorite ‘Glowing Green Smoothie’ which contains green vegetables and natural sweeteners like liquid apples and pears. Even though Kerry isn’t a vegetarian, she absolutely loves vegetarian protein shakes.

Many people don’t know about Kerry’s bulimic past, a time in her life when she would eat almost anything she would get her hands on. With a help of a nutritionist, a therapist, and an awful lot of exercising at the gym, Kerry managed to overcome that stage in her life, and she’s currently in the best shape of her life, or at least that’s what she says. Her only guilty pleasure at the moment is her insatiable love for popcorn. Other than that, Kerry Washington has no real unhealthy habits of any kind.
