Sophia Bush is a devout follower of the ‘five-factor’ diet plan, and has been for a long time. This interesting diet plan is quite flexible, as it allows her two ‘cheat days’ in which she gets to eat whatever her heart desires. This is because cravings can have a negative effect on a person’s diet if denied for a long time, without mentioning the psychological aspect as well.

For breakfast, Sophia eats oatmeal, skimmed milk, and fruity yogurt (blueberries, strawberries, apples, and such), and doesn’t usually stray away from the plan.

Between meals, she also eats snacks as often as she feels the need to do so, snacks like fruits and veggies.

For lunch, Sophia usually eats a nice steamed brown rice containing spinach, curry paste, coriander powder, and black pepper among other things.

For Dinner, she normally eats broiled chicken breast, sugar-free orange juice, green beans, tuna, and/or salmon meat.

It has to be said that refined foods aren’t exactly good for a person’s health, which is precisely why Sophia Bush stays away from meals that contain a high number of calories.

Even so, Sophia isn’t one of those actresses who go to extreme lengths in order to achieve and maintain a lean body. As a matter of fact, she has often spoken against such practices, claiming that a healthy body isn’t necessarily a slim one.

Last but not least, the fact that Sophia Bush works regularly definitely helps her maintain her beautiful figure. Although she isn’t a fan of running, Sophia loves outdoor workouts that usually include a few weight training exercises designed to tone her muscles.

Long story short, Sophia Bush follows the five-factor diet plan as strictly as possible, even though she admits to sometimes slacking off. Still, whatever Sophia does, she apparently does well because looks absolutely gorgeous.
