She does this by living an active lifestyle, a lifestyle that involves a lot of yoga exercises. She also stays away from weight lifting, claiming that she doesn’t want to bulk up her body at all.
Last but not least, Brooklyn Decker often performs water exercises, which apart from amplifying her workout efforts also help with her digestion according to her.
Brooklyn also says that she never misses a workout session, even when she isn’t home, claiming that she doesn’t feel intimidated by working out at all.
