Anybody who has paid close attention to Khloe Kardashian over the years will know about her struggles with weight loss and how far she has come over time by dieting and by working out.

In fact, nobody will deny that Khloe looks nowadays a lot better than she did just a few years ago and she has herself to thank given the many sacrifices she made to achieve her current good looks.

At this point in time, Khloe Kardashian works out on a regular basis and rarely misses a session if she can help it, not to mention how conscious she is about her eating habits.

This being said, we should perhaps take a closer look at what her diet routine is, because needless to say, her current form could not possibly be achieved just through a rigorous workout alone.

We should point out that Khloe takes her dieting very seriously, almost to the point that she will feel physically bad if she doesn’t stick to her diet plan. In this respect, the psychological aspect is quite important.

Second of all, Khloe learned to swap common meals with much healthier versions of these meals, especially when it comes to eating lots of carbs. For instance, she swapped high refined pasta with vegetable noodles made from zucchini.

At the same time, she does her best to not eat anything that is too salty, like potato chips for example. Instead, Khloe prefers to eat Kale chips which she claims are just as good as potato chips if not better.

We would do well to point out, however, that Khloe does have her diet indulgences because she’s human after all. In this respect, she enjoys eating frozen bananas coated with dark chocolate along with the occasional ice cream.

Furthermore, Khloe Kardashian likes to eat plenty of fruits on a regular basis and advises her fans to do the same. When you think about it, there is perhaps no better diet than one that involves fruits and vegetables.

Last but not least, Khloe does her absolute best to eat everything in moderation, even her favorite meals. Also, she makes sure to drink plenty of water to hydrate herself properly, especially between workout sessions.
