One of the reasons why Megan is so sexy, is the fact that she is extremely careful with what she eats and when she eats it.
Being extra careful with what you eat is a great way to keep control of your figure, but you can’t get a body like Megan’s without working out. Strangely enough, Megan is not a big fan of working out, and she would take any opportunity not to go to the gym if she can help it.
Even so, she sometimes employs the services of celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to help her look after that beautiful body of hers.
Megan uses a mixture of cardio, pilates, and spinning classes when she works out, which isn’t that often actually. Before shooting for a movie however, Megan works out 3 times a week, 60 minutes for each session. Her training routine is designed by her trainer, and is designed to appeal to Megan’s needs and requirements in terms of working out. The routine focuses on crunches, knee ups, Swiss ball, lateral plank, and hyperextensions when her trainer sees fit. unlike other training regimes, Harley Pasternak’s routines are usually done in cycles of 5 minutes each, which is almost how Megan works out. We say this because in Megan’s case, Pasternak decided to recommend a 3 circuit routine, which consists of 3 circuits of 15 minutes each.
When she’s not working out according to her trainer’s routine, Megan does cardio-vascular exercises such as running or cycling. Even so, Megan admits that she is quite lazy when it comes to working out, and will sometimes miss training sessions altogether if she is not in the mood. She even said jokingly one time, that the only reason she looks the way that she does, is because of her trainer’s determination. So fans of Megan Fox everywhere can thank Harley Pasternak for the way Megan looks, because she wouldn’t otherwise have the ambition to do the work by herself.
As for her diet plan, Megan uses a very well-thought one, which is the same plan that made Harley Pasternak famous. We are, of course, talking about Pasternak’s 5 factor diet. This diet focuses on 5 small meals a day, that contains all the fats, proteins, and vitamins that her body needs to function and improve itself. Apart from her trainer’s diet, Megan avoids eating processed foods, crackers, and whole grain foods. Furthermore, she says that not a day goes by in which she doesn’t consume fruits or vegetables. In fact, she sometimes eats almonds and apple cider vinegar, both of which can be dangerous if not consumed in small dosages.
