Also, she couldn’t imagine spending a day without dancing, which is also a pretty effective way of working out. Even Pasternak himself said that he is impressed by Rihanna’s determination when it comes to working out, as the singer often does cardio training backstage before the shows.

According to Pasternak, Rihanna trains her abs with walking lunges – about 15 lunges on each leg, and jumping jacks – around 60 of them but fast. For her cardio routine, Rihanna does push us – 15 reps of 2 sets, and stationary jogging – around 25 reps for each side. Additionally, Rihanna does squat thrusts – around 5 reps minimum, buttock exercises and resistance training as well.

Rihanna herself says that she loves the way her body looks, as she enjoys how well her clothes fit. Furthermore, she says that in order to maintain her current body, she has to do a lot of cardio training every day.
