Such is the case with the ‘Fast & Furious’ series he appeared in, films he trained quite hard for, even more so in the latter films where he appears more muscular than usual.

This being said, we should point out that Vin Diesel’s workout routine isn’t for the casual gym goer, mainly because of how intense it is and because of how much effort he puts into it.

First of all, anyone looking to get a body like the one Vin Diesel has should be prepared to put a lot of effort into developing and strengthening their shoulders. In this respect, Vin Diesel always works out extra hard when it comes to his shoulders.

As far as his workout routine goes, Vin Diesel performs quite a few ‘Wall Angels’ exercises every single time he works out. These exercises involve putting your arms against the wall and raising them to form half a circle without letting go of the wall in the process.

Second of all, Vin Diesel is a big fan of Dumbbell Halos which involve holding a dumbbell in each hand and circling them around for as many times as possible. Although you shouldn’t necessarily perform more than a few reps, you can go ahead and repeat the process as often as you can.

At this point in time, we should also point out Vin Diesel’s love for YTWL exercises. These exercises also involve the use of dumbbells which one has to hold in their hands while lying down and then lifting them toward the ceiling with their thumbs up so as yo make up the shape of a Y as efficiently as possible.

Now it also has to be said that Vin Diesel’s workout routine involves a fair share of aerobic exercises as well. For instance, he is a big fan of high weight reps using a wide variety of weights which he lifts in the shortest possible amount of time.

Also worth mentioning is the fact that he is a big fan of martial arts, especially Kickboxing, Karate, and Muay Thai which he performs as often as he finds the time. On a related not, he also uses martial arts as a way to improve his flexibility as much as possible.

Last but not least, Vin Diesel’s workout also involves a lot of hydration and a healthy diet plan to go with it. As a matter of fact, Vin Diesel is extremely careful when it comes to his meals and it really shows considering how fit he looks.
