Despite not being a young woman anymore, Heidi still manages to look at her best somehow, a look she most certainly owes to working out as often as she finds the chance.

Interestingly enough, Heidi’s philosophy on working out is that of not being particularly concerned about how others perceive your body but about how you see herself. In this respect, she will work out for as long as she feels like, with no restrictions whatsoever.
Also interesting is the fact that she doesn’t really work out for the aesthetic benefits alone but rather to feel good about herself. She claims that at the end of the day, it is all about living a healthy lifestyle and about feeling confident in your own skin.
All things considered, Heidi Klum may not be a fitness freak by any means, but she still works out as often as she finds the time. Combine that active lifestyle with a fairly strict diet plan and you begin to understand why the model who is now in her 40s looks as good as she does.
